Kids Toys GO ships within India only and partners with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Bluedart, and more to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
• We deliver to most locations in India within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
• While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, Kids Toys GO is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999: Free shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping charge of ₹70 applies.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been dispatched.
• If you need to cancel an order, please do so before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
