At Kids Toys GO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories (if applicable).
  • The product is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or missing accessories.
  • Personalized, customized, or clearance sale items.
  • Certain hygiene-related toys such as teething toys, baby rattles, or soft toys if the seal is broken.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Attach clear images of the product showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds will be processed to the same account within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
  • Wallet Payments (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe): Refunds will be credited back to the respective wallet.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: Since we do not offer COD, refunds will not be provided in cash.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a free pickup and bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong selection, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You can request a return after receiving the order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
